| Evidence-Based Medicine is becoming a hot topic in the field of medicine.Medical decision is shifting from traditonal medical model to evidence-based medical model. This shift will make the medical decision more scientific and objective. The core of EBM is collecting and evaluating of the evidences. The sources of the evidences,namely information resources of EBM is the basis and procondition of carrying out EBM. So, Analysing and studying the information resources of EBM is the problem that need to be solved immediately.This paper is divided into main four parts:The first part: Definition of EBM. In this part author express the concept and core of EBM, compare the traditional medicine and EBM, analyse the two features of evidences of EBM, and introduce the process of carrying out EBM. In addition, the author use CNKI to analyse the development of EBM in China.The second part:Distribution of the information resources of EBM. In general, information resources of EBM consist of three types :first, special databases of EBM, second, general biomedical databases, third, medical information of net.Author give details of each type. Futhermore, author use four biomedical databases to confirm seventeen core periodicals to direct the doctors.The third part:Methods and strategies of getting information of EBM. firstly, author give an outline of general retrieval strategy. Secondly author give some details of retrival stragies in Cochrane and MEDLINE respectively.Thirdly, author introduce some high quality medical search engine.At last, author give a example .The fourth part: Project to build inormation resources of EBM of JiLin University. In this part ,author put forward a project to build inormation resources of EBM.The purpose of this project is to complement the information resources of EBM of JiLin University. It has been accpted by library of JiLin University.The investment is about 500,000RMB.In the conclusion, author bring forward the problems to be studied deeply. |
