Objiectiver:To reseach the functional mechanism about stagnate Liver-Qi affectingthe gastroenteric peristalsis. Methods:The stagnate Liver-Qi animal models were made from rats dealed with bythe method of pattern accompanying with water bath. Observe the general conditionof the models. Measure the content of DA in their small intestine and theirgastroenteric hormone such as Gas MTL SS VIP. And measure their gastroentericdrive rate. With the disproof drug Si-Nisan, obsertve their gastroenteric peristalsiswhen the Liver-Qi stagnate. Results:The rats in model group have the same symptoms as that in clinic. Theirgastroenteric drive rate reduced. And the content of DA increased. The level of theirgastroenteric hormone was in disorder. Si-Nisan could relieve the symptoms of modelrats, accelerate their gastroenteric peristalsis, reduce the content of DA and SS, raisethe content of Gas MTL and VIP.Conclusions:The model is ideal to do reseaches about stagnate Liver-Qi. Theslowing down of the model rats' gastroenteric peristalsis is based on the change of thecontent of DA and gastroenteric hormone. Si-Nisan can relieve the symptoms ofstagnate Liver-Qi and accelerate gastroenteric peristalsis by coordinating the contentof DA and gastroenteric hormone.
