| Objective:We want to understand the patients'satisfaction of linyi people's hospital. This paper analyzes the influence factors of patients'satisfaction, and puts forward to relevant and improve the service quality of the hospital. Methods:We use the nethod of literature, questionnaire, interview and expert consultation to know the status quo of patients' satisfaction, and the influence factors. Then analysis the data by descriptive statistics.Results:Patient are satisfected with linyi people's hospital, they think the medical technology is high. This hospital has high satisfaction of service attitude, but some details to improve.Conclusion:Improving hospitalenvironment, strengthening the service consciousness, can improve patient satisfaction, then improving the loyalty of hospital patients. This will make the hospital at the advantageous positionin the fierce competition. |
