The construction of hospital development for citizens’ health, social stability and national development has important significance. Therefore, the management and development of public hospital is always attracting high social attention, its importance is self-evident.Fast change along with our country socialist market economy, hospital management started in administrative management mode under planned economy system has not adapted to the requirement of market economy and social development in the transformational society. So public hospital management department shall correct view on exposed defects in management, plan as a organizer of various factors, comprehensive analysis of all the causes,consider all the problems. To clarify the reformation thought, makerenovation, enable the hospital to turn challenges into opportunities in the new environment, be the winner in the competition between hospitals, the social benefit and the economic benefit has to be unified.In this paper, based on the urgency and necessity of public hospital management mechanism research, as well as to the problems seen in the practice of collecting and sorting, on how to improve both medical staff and patients satisfaction of their interaction. This article refer to relevant information and related papers, to grasp the advancepractice of hospital management research at home and abroad. This study advocates the evidence based hospital management which facilitates the improvement of the satisfaction of both patients and health workers.
