Study On Patient Satisfaction Of A Military Class 3A Comprehensive Hospital

Patient satisfaction is an important index on the appraisement of quality in medical service. In recent years, many hospitals take the survey of patient satisfaction as their day-to-day work by questionnaire. But the lack of identical index always leads to the lack of credibility and comparability, which make the popularizing of the survey more difficult. There are two questionnaires in this study, which is Outpatient questionnaire and Hospitaler questionnaire. We hope we can do something in the process of scientific and practicable index system.MATERIAL AND METHODS: Patients of department of cardiology, department of respiration and department of endocrinology who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease, chronic bronchitis and diabetes in Xijing hospital from October,2005 to February,2006 were investigated.
