Research On The Evaluation Of Sustainable Development Of City Ecotourism In Tai'an

As a result of the quickly developing economy, city becomes the largest tourism destination because of convenient traffic facilities, wealth of information, developede science and technology, multiple energies, pretty scenes, flourishing economy. However, with the developing of tourism in city, many problems are coming, more and more tourists swarming into city, the city enviroment being deteriorated, city culture becoming disappearing, city ecological system being destroyed. In people's impression, ecotourism and city tourism are both focuses in tourism field, but city tourism is seen to alien to ecotourism. Traditional mode of city tourism has brought negative influences on city environment and culture. In order to achieve sustainable development of city tourism and city enviroment, the research of city ecotourism is very necessary. The exploitation of city ecotourism, improving the ecological enviroment, protect the fragile city tourism resources, is the best way of tourism in city.Tai'an has unique ecotourism resources. Mountain Tai is the head of the Five Sacred Mountains, the spiritual symbol of the nation of Chinese and has been called the World Natural and cultural heritage by UNESCO. The research on sustainable development of city ecotourism has important theoretical and practical significance. The accurate evaluation of the degree of sustainable development of city ectourism has becomes the focus of the study. To resolve the difficult question, this paper discussed the evaluation of sustainable development of tai'an city ecotourism.At first the article outlines the basic concept of city tourism, ecotourism and city ecotourism, the related theory of sustainable development of tourism as well as domestic and international researcha on sustainalbe of city ecotourism. Secondly analyses the background of the sustainable development of city ecotourism from the resourse and development of tai'an city ecotourism and put forword the priciples and basic framework sustainable development system of tai'an city ecotourism, and constructs the evaluation model of tai'an city ecotourism. This system contains 23 factors and it can be divided into three layers:resource and environment, economy and society. Resource and environment contains three layers:resource of city ecotourism, city landscape, city ecological enviroment, including 13 factors; Economy contains three layers:the ecology of city economy, the scale of tourism economy and the structure of tourism economy, including 7 factors; Society contains one layers:the coordiration of ecotourim and community, including 3 factors. The model used the anslytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weights of the indicators, using the Delphi (expert scoring) method for the qualitative indicators, the index standardized value use of the geometric mean method.Finally, the model produced the information of the extent of the sustainable development of tai'an city ecotourism using comprohensive evaluation method, and phasing the stage of the development of tai'an city ecotourism. At the same time, analysed the level of scores of the indicators, and found that Tai'an has unique tourism resources and muture and stable tourism market, but the landscape, ecotourism and stucture of economy of Tai'an city don't match the development of ecotourism city, so these problems obstructs the sustainable development of tai'an city ecotourism. At last, to solve these problems, the paper put forword stragies and recommendations of tai'an city ecotourism, for example, carrying out the strategy of integration of city-scenic, enriching the production of city ecotourism and accelerating the adjustion of tourism industry.
