The Study On The Upgrade Of Resource Sharing Logistics Industrial Cluster In National Synthetically Reform Testing Districts

Since 2005, in order to promote domestic reform and economic development better, the state has established 7 National Synthetically Reform Testing Districts including Shanghai Pudong, Tianjin Binhai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan City Circle, Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Groups and Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. The main purpose is to explore a new mode of economic development and promote regional economic while taking Reform Testing Districts for the carrier. It can be seen that the regionalization plays a vital role in economic development. And industrial clusters play an important role to promote the process of regional economic development. As producer services industry, features and economic highlights of logistics becoming clearer. In cluster aggregation process, the separability of the production process and the transportability of final products are both based on logistics. The emergence of Logistics industry, this new mode of industrial cluster has a tremendous impetus on the economic development of National Synthetically Reform Testing Districts. But the development of National Synthetically Reform Testing Districts is counterproductive in the logistics industry clusters. It can drive its further maturation and upgrade. The study of the logistics cluster in Reform Testing Districts will be promoting their development, thus boosting the regional economy.This paper studied the upgrading of resource sharing logistics industrial cluster in National Synthetically Reform Testing Districts. It included the upgrade dynamic mechanism, the upgrade environment and the upgrade mode. First of all, it analyzed the basic situation of 7 Reform Testing Districts. Logistics industrial clusters in National Synthetically Reform Testing Districts are divided into geographical endowments type, leading industry dependent type, resource sharing type and government-dominated type. It chose resource sharing logistics industrial cluster for research. Secondly, this article studied its upgrade dynamic mechanism from the external power and internal power. Thirdly, from the macro and micro dimensions, on resource level, government level, market level and network level, it did analysis on key factors of the upgrade of the resource sharing logistics industrial cluster based on principal component analysis. It also did comparative analysis of Wuhan City Circle, Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Groups. Finally, through the upgrade conditions and mode selection analysis for resource sharing logistics industrial cluster, it proposed to the upgrade approach of resource sharing logistics industrial cluster.In the course of the research, this article followed of the macroscopic and microscopic, qualitative and quantitative, the integration of theory with practice principles. It based on theory of National Synthetically Reform Testing Districts and industrial cluster. Then it discussed the upgrade dynamic mechanism, the upgrade environment and the upgrade mode. The promotion suggestions for the rapid development of National Synthetically Reform Testing Districts were given. Hope they contributed to the development of the industrial clusters both in Wuhan City Circle and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Groups.
