Research On Evaluation Of Logistics Capability Based On The Perspective Industrial Aggregation

With the rapid development of regional economic and the constant formation ofindustrial aggregation, logistics industry as one of the important service industry playsan important role to enhance the competitive advantage of industrial aggregation. At thesame time, the development of industrial aggregation has a great demand for logistics,so it can promote the development of the logistics, and both with each other. In “the12th five-year” plan outline, JiZhongnan economic zone is proposed as the third keyconstruction of economic zone in Hebei Province. It becomes one of the main ways torealize economic growth that enhancing logistics capability of industrial aggregation, tobetter serve the industrial aggregation, then promoting the development of the economiczone. Based on this, the article takes JiZhongnan economic zone as a case to study thelogistics capability of industrial aggregation, and it is a new research direction, havingeconomic significance and engineering application value.Firstly, the article introduces the basic relevant theories of the industrialaggregation, logistics and logistics capability, and expounds the internal law betweenlogistics and industrial aggregation. Secondly, Based on finding out the key factorsabout affecting the industrial aggregation logistics capability, the paper constructs theevaluation index system of industrial aggregation logistics capability, and analyzeslogistics status of JiZhongnan economic zone using SWOT method. Then, by using theprincipal component analysis method the paper analyses the logistics capability of40representative industrial aggregations on JiZhongnan economic zone, and calculates theranking of logistics capability of JiZhongnan economic zone by using SPSS software.But it does not fully reflect the deferent level of logistics capability of40industrialaggregations. Therefore, the paper further concludes the comprehensive evaluation andanalysis of logistics capability on40Industrial aggregations of JiZhongnan economiczone using the cluster analysis, the development of the similarity clustering of logisticscapability degree of selected40industrial aggregation on JiZhongnan economic zone,and it concludes that three types of logistics capabilities of industrial aggregation and aspecial case. Finally, this paper puts forward countermeasures coordinated with the development of logistics of industrial aggregation in JiZhongnan economic zone.
