Practice has proved that organization's innovative ability has close relationship with aggregation model of talent. We study division of labor, features, resource sharing and talent appearance about meta-synthesis innovation network, as a new aggregation model of talent.We study nine characteristics of talent mass effect at the micro-level, medium-level and macro-level in the meta-synthesis innovation network, as a new aggregation model of talent. The results show that talent mass effect in the network is helpful to reduce the total transaction costs and the total circulation time in the process of complex technology innovation.The paper integrates the meanings of innovation, network organization, the cooperation of industry, university and research institute. It also puts forward the definition of innovation network organization in cooperation of industry, university and research institute. Then it introduces the characteristics and advantages, and summarizes the organization mode and operation mechanism.The studies on the complex technology innovation of later-coming countries focus on complex technology learning. Based on these researches, this paper suggests that the future studies on complex technology innovation in China could focus on knowledge share and transfer in the complex technology innovation, project management on complex technology innovation, and innovation system of complex technologies.Then we study knowledge production and management process stage model Including knowledge modularization, knowledge standardization and knowledge integration in the complex technological innovation activities. The results show that the network is able to achieve a higher level of resource sharing, to reduce the total transaction costs and the total circulation time in the process of complex technology innovation.
