How to incentive talent has become an important issue for enterprise.In recent years,by the rapid development of Internet and related industries,the surrounding industry landscape have been significant impacted,especially for Unified Communication industry which is still in emerging stage.Brain drain directly lead management talent and technical talent loss restrict and limit the enterprise's competitiveness and sustainable development.Incentive and retain talent,provide steady talent supply,are the key factors to increase the core competitive power of enterprises.Based on the above situation,this paper selected company P as an investigation object to research how does unified communications industry motivate and management talents.On the basis of analyzing the characteristic of the unified communications industry and talent,combined with the benchmark enterprises' practical experience,provide a reference for further talent optimization and incentive schemes.According to the analysis of employee satisfaction survey results of Y2011,company P was facing the following problems: frequent talent drain;key positions and staff loss;job responsibility and definition are unclear;compensation and benefit are lack of competitiveness.Reference to classical incentive theory,company P proposed to establish HDC talent incentive model in order to achieve the goals of talent motivation.HDC model contain three key factors,they are: Hierarchy,Difference and Creation.Innovative proposed key talent identification and talent succession plan,through the job incentive,achievement incentive and salary incentive measures to assist company to realize the talent incentive and retain.After 3 years practice(from Y2012 to Y2014),HDC talent incentive model does play a key role in talent incentive,company and talent sustainable development.Not only reduce the staff turnover rate,but also optimized company internal talent layout structure.At the same time,the good plan and practice of the company got the attention in the Unified Communication industry enterprises,has good direction and reference for them.
