Research On Talent Incentives For Large-scale Science And Technology Innovation Enterprises

Scientific and technological innovation oriented enterprises is an important carrier of China's economic and social transformation,the type of enterprise needs a high level,high-quality scientific and technological innovation talents intellectual support.The technological innovation talents with the ordinary social workers in individual quality,work style,cognitive degree are quite different,in the human resources management,the innovation of science and technology talents should adopt more effective methods of management,personnel incentives are fully play and use the core means of technological,innovation talent resources.This paper summarized the domestic and foreign research achievements about the talent incentive especially talent of innovation of science and technology enterprises,study and use the "two factor theory"("motivation hygiene theory"),combing our country about the technological innovation talents encouragement of relevant policies and measures,the investigation of the China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group,HUAWEI,Procter&Gamble three a typical representative of the large state-owned,private and foreign investment in scientifc and technological innovation oriented enterprises in technological innovation talent incentive measures,methods and the way of the combination of empirical theory.The paper puts forward the guiding ideology of "and the concept of incentive-oriented" scientific and technological innovation oriented enterprises talents,and salary,career advancement,equity incentive,performance appraisal,training "five one" enterprise talent incentive programs,recommended that enterprises pay great attention to the talents incentive measures and its rise to the strategic height of enterprise human resources management.In the society of our country at present gradually fully adapt to the new economic normal circumstances,the research results of this paper will provide scientific and technological innovation oriented enterprises make full use of the talent resources,to achieve maximum utilization to provide guidance and reference of high-quality human resources,high level of science and technology innovation.
