In this paper, Camellia chekiangoleosa was used in this paper. First the polyphenols was extracted and purified in the peel of Camellia chekiangoleosa, then make a analysis of the Component of polyphenols and carry out a research on its Antioxidant application. The main experimental results are as follows:(1)First, the total phenol contents wsa measured in the peel of camellia chekiangoleosa, then extracted the polyphenols in the peel of camellia chekiangoleosa through the method of an organic melting agent. The best condition of extract craft was: The concentration of ethanol was 50 percent; The temperture was 50 centidegree; The duration was 40 minutes; The ratio of solid to solvent was 1:15, then got 9.67±0.21 mg/g polyphenol in the peel of camellia chekiangoleosa when extracted it twice, and when we extracted it many times, the total weight of polyphenol in the peel of camellia chekiangoleosa was up to 13.7±0.13 mg/g. The polyphenol which were extracted in our experiment was about 71 percent of the total phenol contents.(2)HL-20 resin was choosed from five kinds of resin as absorb resin for purifing polyphenol in the peel of camellia chekiangoleosa, according to the result of quiescent adsorbs and resolution test. Because ethanol is better than acetone and methanol in both security and cost, ethanol was choosed as resolution liquid in our experiment.(3) According to the HPLC analyis of extracts liquid which through the HL-20 resin adsiorb, The main ingredients of the peel of camellia chekiangoleosa were catechol, gallic acid and tannin, and there was another ingredient which was not detected for the lack of Sample. The structure of it needed further studies.(4) In the application test of peel polyphenol anti-oxidation, ethanol was used as liquid to extract polyphenol in the peel of camellia chekiangoleosa, and used soybean oil as the bed thing to study its antioxidation. The experimental reuslts showed that when the ratio of polyphenols and camellia oil mixture was about 1:1, the effect of antioxidant was 30 percent better than BHT whose concentration was 0.1 percent. In the experiement of synergy effects, the antioxidant function was best than that when added ascorbic acid whose concentratin was 0.02 percent, which was 50 percent higher than citric acid and was 59 percent higher than tartaric acid. The polyphenol in the peel of camellia chekiangoleosa could aslo be used as feed additives. When 3000 mg/kg polyphenol mixture were added into feed, the effect of antioxidant was best, which can extend the storage time of feed to 30 days in the environment of 65±1℃.
