A Design Of The Digital Photo Frame Based On Embedded System

Recently,with the rapid development of the embedded system and computer technology,the embedded system is widely used in many aspects such as the mobile phones,the digital camera,the GPS and so on.For the reason of the popularity of the digital camera,the digital photo frame becomes a hot point in the applying of the embedded system. The digital photo frame which is better than the traditional frame in function,capability and convenience not only can display images,but also can play music,video as well as display date and so on. The thesis based on the embedded system has done some research and design the hardware and software of the digital photo frame.The hardware which is designed under Altium Designer Winter 09 platform in the thesis based on the Samgsung S3C2440 of ARM9 architecture owns common interfaces such as RJ-45 network interface,audio interface,USB interface,SD interface and so on.The thesis discusses the design of every functional module particularly. The software in the thesis is designed under EVC4.0 IDE.The thesis discusses the customizing of the core of Windows CE,compiling NBOOT and the digital photo frame not only can display images but also can play audio files.The result of the experiment shows that the digital photo frame designed in the thesis works steadily and it is easy to operate as well as it has strong expansibility.If design and add some applications to the digital photo frame based on the embedded system,it can owns many other functions.
