The number of multimedia contents became larger and larger while internet has been developed rapidly. But multimedia contents will cost much more storage space and network bandwidth than text or picture file because they have large information and data. As the heart of service provider, servers should require more and more network bandwidth and storage space. Meanwhile, people depend On Digital Rights Management technology much more than before because of the flooding of infringement and illegal-copy behaviors. This article proposed a new running pattern and relative solution based on the combination of P2P and DRM (Digital Rights Management) technology, and make a beneficial search and try for the resolve of the two problems rendered above. Therefore, it is particularly significant to build and develop a system based on p2p protocol, which include the controlled method of reading-onl ine, download and online-payments.Firstly, this dissertat ion will analyse the problems in dissemi nation of current electronical commercial system. This discussion basic on the significance of content of digital medium which under the CDN(Content Delivery Network) and technology of p2p transfer. Moreover, the managing method of digital rights, which combine with webcall techinique, can be given by the analysing nuclear function of currently digital-rights managing technology and main procedure in order to create photo fram with broadcasting technique which adopted from media distribution. Especially, the more important parts are achievement of photo frame from the method of new DRM (Digital Rights Managemtn) and contented transfer. Then, illustrating the formal ton of overal design with broadcasting content of digital medium and operating procedure with detailed implement. Finally, to get the conclusion,according to the design of Multimedia Content Transfer System,and to make an outlook with its applied foreground.
