Objective: For nursing student that in the plastic stage will translate into a full-time nurses,so it′s important for nursing educators to cultivate humane care capacity of nursing students,also there′s Significance for the carry out of holistic nursing. In the process of nursing students′internship, clinical teachers play a subtle role models for the culture of human care,but it is the premise for the students internalise own care quality through the perception of caring behaviors of clinical nursing teachers. Therefore, this study expand the exploration from two aspects, the first is to describe the status of nursing sutdents'caring ability,and the other is to explore the situation of clinical nursing teacher's caring behaviors be perceived by nursing students. To provide scientific basis to education through investigating the situation of humanistic caring ability of nursing students and the perception of caring behaviors of clinical nursing teachers.Mehtods:Descriptive study was applied. 388 nursing undergraduate students of Hebei Medical University were closed questioned. On the basis of literature search, the researcher screened out Humanistic Caring Ability of Nursing Undergraduates Assessment scale and Perception of Behaviors that clinical nursing teachers care nursing students,and designed Perception of Behaviors that clinical nursing teachers care patients and demographic data of nursing students. Finally, SPSS software for windows version18.0 was applied to analyze the data.Results:1 The overall status and influencing factors of students'caring ability: The mean score was 89.64±12.35, as for the mean item score in different subscales , dimension of the highest average is instillation of faith and wish, the lowest dimension is provision for good environment. The other dimensions that followed in descending order are healthcare education, formation of humanistic-altruistic values, promotion of sensibility communication, help for overcoming difficulty, scientific solution of health problem and assistance with the gratification of essential needs.Monofactorial analysis shows that affect nursing students'caring ability with family location, education level, whether as a class leader, the relationship with parents and the reasons for choosing nursing as profession. Multiple regression analysis showed that the relationship with parents, education level, the reasons for choosing nursing as profession and family location are main influence factors of nursing students'caring ability.2 The overall status and influencing factors of the scale that perception of clinical nursing teachers′caring behaviors for students.The mean score on the scale was 3.05±0.41,this degree belong to above-the-medium positive caring. As for the mean item score in different subscales ,dimensions that followed in descending order are creating teaching environment,teacher-student relationship,teacher-student interaction, teaching methods and teacher characteristics. Monofactorial analysis shows that affect the perception with gender, education level, whether as a class leader and the relationship with parents.Multiple regression analysis showed:there are 3 factors which influence the score,ranked decendantly as follows:gender, the relationship with parents and education level.3 The overall status and influencing factors of the scale that perception of clinical nursing teachers′caring behaviors for patient.The mean score on the scale was 3.08±0.42, the perception of nursing students was moderately high levels. As for the mean item score in different subscales ,dimensions that followed in descending order are health education, psychosocial support, implementation of the emotional skills, meet the basic needs and professional skills.Monofactorial analysis shows that affect the perception with education level, whether as a class leader and the reasons for choosing nursing as profession. Multiple liner stepwise regression analysis showed that these factors ranked decendantly as follows:education level, the reasons for choosing nursing as profession and whether as a class leader.4 The relationship between humane care ability of nursing students and the caring behaviors′perception of clinical nursing teachers.Pearson Correlation analysis shows that nursing students′humane care ability positive correlated to the caring behaviors′perception of clinical nursing teachers.these mean that students′Caring feelings and by the the impact of role models can play a positive role in shaping their own Humane care ability.Conclusion:Humane care ability of nursing students and their perception of clinical nursing teachers′caring behaviors is closely related. Clinical nursing teachers is the closest contact with nursing students in their Clinical practice,so the nursing students can get rich experience of caring through the perception that caring behavior from clinical nursing teachers,and then internalized their own humanistic ability. This suggests that nursing educators should pay attention to the teaching of medical humanities that penetrate into nursing education to improve the students′cognition of humanistic care,and the students are also encouraged to organize or participate in the activities of concern to the theme. These will not only help nursing students improve the perception of caring,but also can provide the opportunity to display caring capacity. In addition, nursing educator should improve clinical teaching faculty in order to meet the needs of the professional knowledge and effectively become role model.
