Nursing human resources is an important component of hospital,which is the basis of nursing quality,and the protection of human health and life quality,but also an important resource of human health.Intensive care unit care of the rational allocation and make full use of human resources is a basis to ensure normal,standardized operation,to ensure the effectiveness of care patients and nurses of their own health.Attention should be paid to the hospital intensive care unit care and the importance of human resource allocation,science and rational allocation and use of nursing personnel to ensure that care goals and work tasks.The objective of this study is to investigating the profile of the nursing human resource in intensive care unit of three-level hospitals in Nanhai district,analysis problems of the internal structure of nursing staff,explore the impact of intensive care unit nurse staffing stability of 3 hospitals in Nanhai,measurement the direct and indirect nursing time,to calculate each hospital the proportion of sickbed with nurses,which will provide basis for scientific and reasonable allocation of nursing human resources.We selected three- hospital intensive care unit for the study of human resources. Use the following methods:â‘ Through a questionnaire survey,interview, analysis of the common species,instrument and equipment cases,the structure of nursing education,age,seniority and title case,distribution of nursing staff posts,nursing work,continuing education of the cognitive situation,to participate in continuing education,the nurse staffing stability of the relevant factors:â‘¡We use the stopwatch to measure the nursing workload of 3 Hospital ICU(Including direct and indirect nursing time),all of the data applications spss10.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Through analysis,we found that there are following problems:â‘ Three- hospital intensive care unit of the disease treated,instruments and equipment are different,hospital 1 relatively backward equipment;â‘¡Nursing manpower shortage,the structure is irrational;â‘¢Nursing staff have sufficient understanding of the importance of continuing education,a single way to study, the lack of planned and targeted;â‘£The nurse staffing team instability.The problems identified above,this paper presents the following recommendations:â‘ should be based on the number of ICU beds,bed utilization, apparatus equipment,types of treatment received a combination of factors such as all ocation of nurses,for scientific and rational status set;â‘¡Increase in nursing staff,the rational use of the proposed personnel at all levels, employ the secretarial and assistant nurses,and improve hospital logistics support system;â‘¢Hospital nursing staff should continue to develop effective education programs,to increase learning ways and enhance nursing staff awareness of the importance,attention to the continuing relevance of education to enhance the effectiveness of continuing education;â‘£should be promoted to enhance the training of nursing staff,the establishment of the system of care experts.
