In recent years, with the continuous development of critical care medicine, the management of medical institutions is also paying more attention to the quality of medical care and nursing care in intensive care units. The premise of improving the quality of nursing is that it can make a scientific and accurate evaluation of the nursing quality.Although there are many researches on the nursing quality of intensive care unit, the sensitivity and scientificity of the index system have their limitations. Therefore, building a more scientific, sensitive and operable ICU nursing quality index system will play an important role in improving the quality of ICU nursing. Objective This study aims to establish a comprehensive,scientific,sensitive,maneuverability-based and evidence-based approach to documentary and theoretical analysis through evidence-based method and focus group interviews. The ICU nursing quality index system with reasonable weight provides a basis for horizontal or vertical comparison of ICU nursing quality and lays the foundation for constructing ICU nursing quality sensitive index database. Methods Firstly, the evidence-based nursing method was used to analyze the related literatures and theories at home and abroad, and the focus group interview method was used to screen and supplement the ICU nursing quality-sensitive indicator pool.Secondly, the "structure-process-outcome" three-dimensional quality model as the theoretical basis to construct a sensitive indicator of the quality of ICU care system using the Delphi method letter of inquiry; Finally,to complete the re-sensitivity index system ICU nursing quality settings AHP.Results1 Through the Delphi expert method of inquiry, this paper constructs the ICU nursing quality sensitive index system guided by the theory of "structure-process-outcome".The index system includes three first-level indicators, nine second-level indicators,33 third-Level indicators. Two rounds of experts in the inquiry, the questionnaire recovery rate reached 100%,indicating that the enthusiasm of experts is high;experts authority coefficient Cr were 0.925 and 0.93,indicating that experts in the process of indicators based mainly on practical experience to analyze the relevant theory,The letter is credible. The coefficient of variation of indicators at all levels was <0.25,and the experts' harmonic coefficients W were 0.198,0.199(p <0.001)respectively.The above indicators all indicate that the results of expert correspondence are credible and reasonable. The result of inquiry is scientific and desirable.2 Based on the importance of experts on the indicators above the score, the use of analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of indicators, and indicators consistency test.CR at all levels of the consistency test are less than 0.1,indicating that the indicators in the system have a more satisfactory consistency of the test results. The weight coefficients of structural index, process index and final index of the three indexes are respectively 0.1634,0.5396 and 0.2970.The higher weights of the second-level indexes are environmental and hand hygiene testing, nursing safety and quality management, nursing evaluation and preventive nursing Measures, departmental equipment configuration and patient disease basis, medicines and articles management. Conclusion The index system of nursing quality sensitivity of ICU constructed by Delphi expert method of inquiry and analytic hierarchy process ensures the rationality of scientificity, practicability, maneuverability and weight of index system construction. The index system can comprehensively and sensitively measure the quality of ICU nursing and plays an important role in improving the quality of ICU nursing.
