The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made important arrangements for school sports.Clearly put forward:"It is necessary to strengthen the development of physical and mental health of adolescents,accelerate the reform of school physical education,and strengthen students' extracurricular physical exercise."Major universities and elementary and high schools throughout the country have taken this opportunity to vigorously promote the reform of school physical education teaching and have achieved good results.Liaoning Province is also constantly exploring reforms that are suitable for the development of physical education in medical schools.However,the effect of the reforms was unsatisfactory.The reasons affecting the reform of physical education curriculum in medical colleges in Liaoning Province are more complicated.In this paper,a field survey of medical colleges and universities in Liaoning Province is conducted to understand the current status of teaching reform,to understand the reasons hindering teaching reform,and to make relevant suggestions.This is of great significance to speeding up the reform of physical education curriculum and improving the medical student training programs of medical colleges in Liaoning Province.In this paper,research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,measurement method,mathematical statistics method,and logic analysis method are used to investigate and analyze the current status of physical education curriculum reform in four medical colleges in Liaoning Province.Defects and deficiencies in the reform process.Through investigation and feedback on medical students,school physical education teachers and school leaders,the future direction of physical education curriculum reform is discussed.Study the significance of physical education curriculum reform to medical colleges and universities,and then improve the training goals of medical colleges and universities to better cultivate medical talents that meet the needs of social development.The findings are as follows:(1)All medical colleges and universities in Liaoning Province have formulated their own physical education goals according to the syllabus,but there is still room for improvement in the specific implementation.In addition,students' satisfaction with school public physical education is not high.(2)Various physical fitness indicators of medical college students show a declining trend after admission.The amount and intensity of public physical education offered by schools are insufficient.(3)The content of public physical education courses in clinical medicine does not reflect the teaching concept of "integration of physical and medical".Does not reflect the subjectivity of students.In addition,the content of physical education courses is mainly based on practical courses,and the theoretical courses are relatively few,and the content is single.(4)The subject and content of teaching evaluation in the four medical colleges surveyed are relatively single,without paying attention to the importance of the evaluation system in physical education.It is impossible to make accurate evaluations of students 'PE course learning process and results from a multi-angle square,which affects students' enthusiasm and subjective initiative.(5)Of the four medical colleges surveyed,the education qualifications of physical education teachers are mainly concentrated in undergraduate and graduate students,and most of the professional titles are concentrated in lecturers and associate professors.Teachers with high professional titles are relatively weak,and new teachers Less in quantity.(6)The stadium facilities of each school can only meet the basic teaching needs.Inadequate development of some teaching content that requires special venue support,resulting in a single teaching content.And with the continuous expansion of colleges and universities,the venue facilities should also be increased.Research recommendations:(1)Fully consider the actual conditions of the school's hardware facilities and students when formulating teaching goals.Develop teaching goals that are suitable for both students and the actual conditions of the school.In addition,it is necessary to cultivate students' enthusiasm for learning by changing teaching methods and evaluation systems.(2)When physical education teachers are teaching public physical education,they should increase the exercise density and exercise intensity of physical education.Incorporating physical fitness tests into teaching evaluations will increase the physical fitness training requirements for students.Promote students to participate in physical exercise to improve their physical fitness.(3)The teaching content of public physical education courses for clinical majors in medical colleges and universities in Liaoning Province should add some medical practice techniques and practical experience in sports injuries.Not only can improve the practical ability of students' professional knowledge,but also can quickly diagnose and diagnose and treat when sports injuries occur during autonomous exercise on weekdays.(4)Increase the diversity of the evaluation system.The first is the diversity of the evaluation subject.The evaluation subject should not only be teachers,but also include students,parents,and school leaders in the evaluation subject.Increase the evaluation of students' motor skills,physical health,physical education knowledge,and learning attitudes;finally,increase the diversity of evaluation forms,including process evaluation and final evaluation.(5)In the construction of physical education teachers,the role of young teachers should be valued.Only by intensifying the training of in-service teachers and constantly learning new knowledge can we keep up with the needs of society.(6)School stadiums and facilities should not only meet the state's rigid requirements for running schools.Schools should increase investment:in venue construction funds,and increase venue facilities according to the needs of students of different majors in the school.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the management of existing stadium equipment and carry out regular maintenance and repairs.
