With the carrying out reform in Chinese higher education , teaching and talents training in higher education have aroused concern among all walks of life. In order to trace and find out quality evaluations which units give our graduates, summarize advantages and disadvantages on cultivating our graduates, promote teaching reform in our university, advance comprehensively quality evaluation, improve unceasingly quality of talents cultivation, contribute more to our provincial medical health, we make researches on quality investigation of our graduates from 1982-2002.Investigation results show that the quality of our graduate as a whole is high, as 96.7% of many units and 97.9% of departmental leaders give our graduates "good or high" on professional morality, attitude, responsibility , dedication; 95% of many units and 97.3% of departmental leaders give our graduates theoretical knowledge their evaluations "good"; Over 43% of them think our graduates "high" on practical ability, independent ability, latent capacity, ability to analyse and solve problems, ability to self-teach and make use of information, ability to communicate and cooperate,. These proportions are larger than or equal to those of other universities. But there are some aspects to be improved, including: poor evaluations on our graduate's capacity of scientific researches, our graduates' poor self- evaluations on foreign languages ability and computer skill, smaller proportion of reasonable curriculum of humanities, foreign languages ability and computer, undesired results on graduates' party building and ideological political work. Taking above-mentioned discussion into consideration, the author puts forward thefollowing suggestions: 1.To produce a large scale of famous teacher, by means of enhancing the building of teachers'team; 2. Place stress on creativity quality cultivation and improve students' scientific research ability; 3. Reinforce foreign language and computer teaching to cultivate globalizing ,informationizing medical talents; 4. Deepen teaching reform to advance comprehensively quality education; 5. Strengthen teaching management, supervise and control quality strictly; 6. Enhance curriculum teaching on humanities to improve students' humane quality; 7. Strengthen psychological health education to improve students' endurance of psychology; 8. Advance with the times, develop and innovate, strengthen students' party building and ideological political work.
