Research On Hospital Developing Strategy Based On Core Competence

With the gradual establishment and perfection of Chinese Social EconomicSystem, especially with the gradual opening of the partial medical service marketafter China entering WTO, the hospital transited from the past planning economy tomarket economy with the continual developing of three system reform of cities andtowns medical system, cities staff old-age insurance system and medicine circulationsystem. The competition, as the inevitable product of the market economy, led into thehealth career, is becoming more and more intense. It's the important point of thispaper to solve the problem as how to deal with the new condition in the new periodand solve the new problem to strengthen the management of public hospital and raisethe self competition ability to adapt to the social economic development. The thesis ofthis paper is that to analyze the core competence is the key point of the hospitaldevelopment strategy.At first, the paper raise the new concept of hospital core competence accordingto the core competence theory and the developing state of the hospital. Secondly, thepaper established the hospital core competence evaluation system of Three Aspectsuch as the market and gains, Business and technique, and the resource basis to makethe analysis in AHP Evaluation system. In addition, raising the model of thesuperiority technique with the market character, and the hospital development strategyanalysis and making process. Finally, making the model and method raised by thispaper being used in the analysis and establishment of one special hospital of Gradethree and First Class and raising the suggestion based on the core competencestrategy.The paper made the core competence as the leadership and try to make theresearch on the hospital core competence theory and practice, which making thefurther analysis according to the real example and which will be very meaningful tothe real practice.
