| Objection: We discuss the clinic value of continue bedside electroencephalogram(CEEG) active electroencephalogram(AEEG) on evaluating critical cerebral dysfunction. The different analysis result between these two instruments is also discussed.Method: we select 36 sufferers with brain function serious illness, GCS ≤ 8 and in the nearest three days. The electrode is placed according international standardization 10/20. We select Fp1-C3, Fp2-C4, C3-T3, C4-T4, T3-P3. T4-P4, P3-O1 and P4-O2 as conductor. C3-T3 and C4-T4 are used as CEEG conductor scanning record. At the same time, we continue inspect the change of electroencephalogram, AEEG feedback analysis, CEEG bedside record per hour in the whole day. We analysis the clinic value of the CEEG and AEEG by compare the difference of AEEG and CEEG in inspecting electroencephalogram signal, clinic character and video data.Result: The result of these two method on 36 suffers shows that abnormity of electroencephalogram. It is 18 of electrocerebral 9 of burst suppression 9 of slow wave.The time limit, frequency and swing of electroencephalogram have consistent well. The result of electroencephalogram classification of AEEG and CEEG is almost the same except three suffers having different slow wave. The experiment data conform to theoretic 88.9%. The existence of suffers with electroencephalogram classification ≥ 3 is very small.Conclusion: To suffers with backbone nerve serious illness, adopting continue bed-side electroencephalogram (CEEG) can not only reflect dynamic change of brain function, but also provide immediately and exact CEEG physiology signal. Combining EEG and image: brain function and shape change, we can more exactly evaluate the backbone nerve function, treatment and prognosis. Therefore, CEEG have important clinic on inspecting, evaluating and evaluated prognosis suffers with patients with critical brain disease.
