AIM:We want to simulite the pathology circmustence through the further study on the basic thory of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, and to observ the differences between the traditional method and the innovative method which we used to build the Lung-Yin Deficiency and Lung-damage cuased by cold modeling, Through in-depth thought of some of the issues the process during modeling, we Proposed some theory about CTM.Method:In the first part, we selected 50 healthy male SPF grade Wistar rats, body weight (200±20g), were randomly divided into five groups:normal group (A) 10, lower humidity group (B) 10, lower humidity and air flow group (C) 10, lower humidity and higher temperatures group (D) 10, lower humidity, air flow and higher temperatures group (E) 10.Rats in each group will be placed in the appropriate conditions of temperature regulation box and given the appropriate incentives. After 30 days, collecting specimens, observing the general situation in rats, analysising the color of rats’ tongue with photoshop, observing pathological changes in lung tissue and nasal cavity from the cell changes with light microscopic. In the second part, selected 80 healthy male Wistar rats, randomly divided into 10 groups, normal temperature control group, the absolute temperature of 10℃,0℃,-10℃3 different gradients groups, which were based on time of each temperature group 1h stimulation group is divided into Han Xie,2h group,3h group, n=8. Rats in each group will be placed in the appropriate conditions to stimulate the thermostat box,4 specimens in the future, during which rats were observed in general, the collection of rat lungs, spleen and blood samples were observed in lung tissue pathology, blood changes, detection of lung tissue IL-12 levels, MPO expression level of NK cell activity of spleen cell suspension. Application SPSS16.0 statistical software for statistical processing of experimental data and the analysis results.Result:this experiment is based on the theories of Chinese traditional medicine, using the method of single or multiple factors to copy Lung-Yin Deficiency animal model, both in line with the principles of Chinese medicine, and fit the theory of modern medicine.Which model has short experimental time, copy easily, operable features, and accord to the needs of the clinical. Conclusion:Etiology and Pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine theory as a starting point, combined with modern scientific techniques, we could built single syndrome Lung disease animal model in line with the actual needs of the clinical department, and tofill the blankinthe field of animal modeling models model only the diseases without Syndrome model of Conducting experimental research at the same time, some theories. For example: the coexist- ence blood supply system disorders and chronic lung disease, and pathogenic equivalent theory, Yin is based on wind-driven pathological blood stasis, cold factor, including a short temperature change (temperature difference), and the role of low-temperature and time of accumulation of two kinds, and both Han Xie kinds of different systems for the human body has a different emphasis on other theories.
