Clinical Research Of Fire Fili-form Needle Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine For Allergic Rhinitis Of Lung Qi Deficiency And Cold Sydrome

ObjectiveAllergic rhinitis belongs to the category of bi-qiu,the lung qi deficiency type is the most common in the clinical,the fire filiform has a dual role of thermal stimulus and acupuncture.This study aims to compare the different between fire filiform combine traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture combine traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold sydrome,and confirm the effectiveness and advantage of fire filiform needle combine traditional Chinese.Methodswe select 90 conforms from department of ENT,and randomly divide into 3 groups.A group(fire filiform combine traditional Chinese medicine)、B group(acupuncture combine traditional Chinese medicine)、C group(traditional Chinese medicine).Traditional Chinese medicine prescription composition:Huangqi、Xuchangqing、Danfupian、Fangfeng、Guizhi、Xinyi、Cangerzi、Tinglizi、Xixin、Quanxie、Mimahuang、Gancao.Acupuncture point constitute:Yinxiang、Shangyinxiang、Yintang、Shangxin、Tongtian、Quchi、Hegu、Zusanli.Agroup:Head facial acupuncture points need shallow puncture with mild reinforcing-attenuating method,needle retaining 20 minutes;Four branch acupuncture points can use fire filiform needle rapidly puncture,needle unretaining,and cooperate with oral medicine.B group:Head facial acupuncture points need shallow puncture and four branch acupuncture points use deep puncture with mild reinforcing-attenuating method,needle retaining 20 minutes,and cooperate with oral medicine.C group:only use cooperate with oral medicine.ResultsAfter one month treatment,by comparing the three groups of their respective percentage,the result have statistical significance(P=0.O1<0.05)and show that there have a significant difference in the overall efficacy among them.Comparing with their average(PA=0.55>PB=0.49>PC=0.43),it show that the overall effect of A group is obviously higher than the other two groups.We can see the significant efficiency of A group(66.7%)is obviously higher than the other two groups throngh the histogram,but there have no statistical significance about the distribution of three kinds of effects between the three groups(P=0.052>0.05).By comparing the change of the three groups’ integral on signs and symptoms after the treatment,there have statistical significance on runny nose(P=0.033<0.05),and it more effective than the others in improving the symptoms of runny nose,but there have no statistical significance between then in improving the symptoms of sneezing,rhinocnesmus,rhinobyon.ConclusionThe three methods all can effective treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold sydrome,and the overall effect of fire filiform combine traditional Chinese medicine is better than the other two groups,especially improving the the significant efficiency.
