The manufacturing industry has always held a pivotal position in the global economy.With the advancement of technology and globalization,the manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges,and quality management has gradually become the core competitiveness of various manufacturing enterprises.Total quality management provides enterprises with a comprehensive and multi-level framework for quality control and improvement.Against this backdrop,J Electronics Assembly Company,as a member of the electronics industry,naturally faces pressure and challenges in quality management.With the expansion of the company’s scale and continuous market expansion,a series of quality issues have begun to emerge,which further highlights the role and value of comprehensive quality management in Company J.In this context,it is particularly important to study how J Electronics Assembly Company can better t.By exploring the quality management issues of the company,it can not only provide valuable experience and inspiration for other enterprises in the manufacturing industry,but also further promote the innovation and progress of comprehensive quality management in practical applications.On the research route,firstly,the background and significance related to the research topic of this article are elaborated,and extensive collection and analysis of domestic and foreign scholars’ research and literature materials on total quality management are conducted.Then,a more in-depth introduction and analysis of the concept,connotation,and basic theory of total quality management are carried out,as well as the ISO9000 management system,quality cost theory,etc.related to total quality management The PDCA cycle theory has also been thoroughly introduced and applied for analysis.We conducted research and systematic organization on the current situation,organizational structure,quality management,and system construction operation of Company J,which is the research object of this article.At the same time,the theoretical methods mentioned above were applied to summarize and analyze the exposed problems in operation.The causes of the problems were classified and summarized using the theory of comprehensive quality: weak leadership quality awareness,outdated management methods,unclear management responsibilities,and imperfect quality cost management.Subsequently,corresponding solutions were developed using the theory of comprehensive quality management to address the above factors,and effectiveness evaluations were conducted on the improved quality management system.In order to better ensure the implementation of the plan,several security measures have been formulated in terms of organizational system,human resources,finance and accounting,and technology.
