Research On Optimization Of DD Product Quality Management In H Company

With the fierce competition in the market economy,customers pay more and more attention to the quality of products.In order to maintain its excellent economic benefits and competitive environment and meet the continuous quality requirements of customers,enterprises must improve their own survival ability to adapt to the development of competition.This paper focuses on the quality problems of DD products of H company.Through analysis,it is found that there are deficiencies in quality management in the operation of H company’s quality management system,and the problems are analyzed.In view of the management problems found in the DD product quality management of H company,the improvement countermeasures are formulated.It is suggested that H company adhere to the implementation of PDCA cycle work,and further improve the organizational structure,process control and supply chain control of DD product quality management.Finally,it introduces the specific strategies that need to be taken to improve the system,mainly including strengthening the decision support of the management,comprehensively improving the quality awareness of employees,improving the quality management audit system,strengthening the construction of enterprise quality culture and establishing the knowledge base of enterprise quality management.It is hoped that the research conclusions of this paper can help the company improve DD product quality,increase customer satisfaction,find more opportunities for stable development for the enterprise,reduce the quality cost of the company and improve the overall benefit of H company through a series of quality improvement.
