Research On Project Quality Management Improvement Of A Company's Communication Engineering Construction

With the rapid development of the information era,the scope of the network is becoming wider and wider and more and more industries are covered.The leapfrog development of the information industry results in a higher demand in terms of transmission rate,security and reliability.The market demand motivates communication network to a large-scale one.Correspondingly the number and scale of communication engineering projects are also increasing dramatically.Communication engineering projects are becoming more complex and challenging.This paper adopts the project quality management of A company's communication engineering construction as a case study.Quality management in the construction process of communication engineering will encounter many problems.What is worse,sometimes the project construction will be delayed,leading the communication network to failing to be put into operation as planned.Such failure will have a series of impacts on the company's following plans.The problems produced in the project management include the lack of an effective quality management system,ignorance of quality management and inefficient quality management.In this paper,initially the author identifies the problems in the project quality management of A company's communication engineering.Then the solutions to the problems are provided.The regulations of an effective project quality management are proposed,and will be implemented on communication project management work in the future to ensure the successful implementation of the communication project.
