Research On Collaborative Evaluation Of E-commerce And Express Logistics In Shandong Province

With the rapid development of big data and Internet technology,the continuous and rapid development of e-commerce has also promoted the continuous improvement of express logistics services,and the relationship between e-commerce and express logistics has become increasingly close and coordinated.However,at present,the coordinated development of ecommerce and express logistics has exposed a series of insufficient,immature,imperfect,nonstandardized,and uncoordinated problems.In recent years,the State Council has issued a series of coordinated development opinions,which are intended to solve the problem of coordinated development of e-commerce and express logistics in China.In recent years,Shandong Province has accelerated the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries and e-commerce,and the vigorous development of e-commerce has promoted the surge in demand for express logistics,and e-commerce and express logistics formats are closely related,and the two support each other and promote each other’s coordinated development.However,while the coordinated development of the two industries has exposed many problems,how to solve these problems has become the key to further improving the coordination between the two industries in Shandong Province,and how to promote the coordination of e-commerce and express logistics has become a hot issue of academic and practical circles.Based on the synergy theory of composite system,this paper regards e-commerce and express logistics as a composite system and studies their collaborative development relationship.Firstly,this paper has an in-depth understanding of the development status of e-commerce and express logistics in Shandong Province,and sorts out the problems existing in the development of the two industries and the problems in the process of coordinated development.Secondly,on the basis of reading domestic and foreign literature,the collaborative evaluation index system of e-commerce and express logistics in Shandong Province was constructed based on the actual situation of Shandong Province.Thirdly,drawing on the industrial chain collaboration theory and the composite system collaboration theory,the dynamic and static collaborative evaluation model of the composite system of e-commerce and express logistics in Shandong Province was established.Then,the empirical evaluation of the coordinated development of e-commerce and express logistics in Shandong Province from 2014 to 2021 was carried out by using the dynamic collaborative evaluation model,and the conclusion that the coordinated development level of the two industries in Shandong Province has been low was drawn,and the static collaborative evaluation model was used to evaluate the coordination level of various regions and cities in Shandong Province in 2021,and it was found that the coordination level of Jiaodong and Luzhong areas was better,1 Among the six cities,Qingdao,Yantai and Weifang are in a state of synergy and Qingdao is a high-quality collaboration,and the level of coordination in other places is not optimistic,and the comprehensive evaluation results show that the overall coordination level of the two industries in Shandong Province is low,the regional differences are large,and the development of express logistics lags behind ecommerce;Combined with the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the problems found,the paper finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of promoting the development of express logistics,strengthening the cooperation between e-commerce and express logistics,and establishing and improving the guarantee system for coordinated development.
