| Work and family are the two most important parts of individual social life,which are two different fields but are closely related.The social pressure has been increased by the change of social environment,which is the result of the more significant conflict between work and family than before.People pay more and more attention to the work-family balance.It is of great importance for each individual to seek the work-family balance.Due to the special nature of the industry,employees have to be dispatched to the project sites in various regions all the year round.The work-family conflict problem is significant,resulting in low job satisfaction,strong turnover intention and high turnover rate.The development of an enterprise cannot be separated from the dedication of employees.Low satisfaction and high turnover rate have an impact on the stability of the enterprise.The geographical division between the work location and the family location exacerbates this phenomenon.If the enterprise does not take effective measures,it will not only cause the decline of the enterprise talent adsorption capacity,but also cause the continuous loss of the existing mature employees of the enterprise,which is extremely adverse to the long-term development of the enterprise.How to reduce or even solve the work-family conflict of expatriate employees has become an important task for enterprises to retain capable people.This paper takes the expatriates of HJ Company as the research object,firstly adopts the theoretical analysis method,and expounds the relevant theories of work-family balance,work-family conflict,work-family promotion and so on.This paper takes the expatriates of HJ Company as the research object,firstly adopts the theoretical analysis method,and expounds the relevant theories of work-family balance,work-family conflict,work-family promotion and so on.Secondly,questionnaire survey is used to investigate the work-family situation of expatriates in HJ Company,mainly from the work-family conflict,work-family interference,work-family promotion on the impact of job satisfaction and turnover intention.Through the analysis,it can be seen that the expatriates in HJ Company generally have the problem of work-family balance,the overall level of job satisfaction is not satisfactory,the turnover intention is not ideal,and the performance of work-family conflict is high,the work interferes with the family seriously and the work-family promotion is low.At the same time,work-family status is significantly positively correlated with job satisfaction,and significantly negatively correlated with turnover intention.Work-family conflict and work-family interference were negatively correlated with job satisfaction,and were significantly normal with turnover intention.Work-family promotion has a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction,and a significant negative correlation with turnover intention.Finally,the paper analyzes the reasons for the influence of the work-family balance problem on job satisfaction and turnover intention,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement,so as to improve the cohesion,sense of belonging and work enthusiasm of the staff accredited to the project,improve the work efficiency,and thus improve the industrial competitiveness of the enterprise. |
