A Study On Lenin’s Labor Thought

Lenin’s labor thought is a theoretical discourse that has been further developed based on the inheritance of Marx and Engels’ labor thought and combined with the actual situation in Russia.Labor is the cornerstone of promoting the development of human society and also the most basic activity of human beings.Studying Lenin’s labor ideology is not only beneficial to the construction of Chinese socialism,but also an inevitable requirement for promoting the development of Marxist labor theory.This article is divided into four parts.The first part of this article starts with the formation conditions and process of Lenin’s labor thought,mainly introducing the historical background,theoretical origins,and development context of the formation process of Lenin’s labor thought.Starting from the political,economic,and cultural backgrounds,explore the historical background of Lenin’s labor thought formation.Exploring the theoretical sources of Lenin’s labor thought from two dimensions: the labor thought of Marx and Engels and the labor thought of contemporary socialists.Taking the October Revolution as a time node,combining theory with practice,analyzing the changes in Lenin’s labor thought before and after the October Revolution,and summarizing the formation process of Lenin’s labor thought.The second part of this article focuses on the main content of Lenin’s labor thought.In the practice of leading the Russian revolution and construction,Lenin creatively combined Marxist labor thought with Russian reality to form Lenin’s labor thought,which includes advocating and constructing harmonious labor,strengthening labor education and training,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers,and strengthening labor supervision and disclosure.Lenin’s labor thought has been persistently inherited and absorbed by the CPC,which provides a reference plan for the CPC to solve labor problems in the process of promoting socialist construction.The third part of this article elaborates on the inherent characteristics of Lenin’s labor thought.In the process of studying and analyzing the content of Lenin’s labor thought,the inherent characteristics of Lenin’s labor thought were summarized and summarized.Lenin’s labor ideology follows three major characteristics: serving the people,ensuring the authenticity of rights and interests,and constantly exploring innovation.These characteristics have also become rules that can be used for reference by proletarian political parties around the world to promote their work.The last part of this article focuses on the historical status and contemporary value of Lenin’s labor thought.Lenin’s labor thought not only enriched Marxist labor thought,but also promoted the multifaceted construction of Soviet Russia and ensured the consolidation of Soviet political power.Entering the new era,China is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The purpose of studying Lenin’s labor ideology is to better guide China’s labor issues.Combining Lenin’s labor ideology with China’s specific reality not only helps to promote the innovative development of Marxist labor theory,but also effectively solves the difficulties faced by socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era on the way forward.Therefore,this article takes Lenin’s labor thought as the research object,sorts out the main content of Lenin’s labor thought,and elaborates on the historical status and contemporary value of Lenin’s labor thought.
