The Study On Improving Non-agricultural Employ Ability Of Rural Laborer

Improving Non-agricultural employment ability of rural laborer is a important routes to farmers' income growth and rural laborer migration. Improving Non-agricultural employment ability of rural laborer, which is a requirement of the homonized development between rural-urban, a requirement of a new phase of construction socialism modernization, a requirement of alleviation the contradictory with labor supply and demand.In this thesis, at first I have a retrospect and comment on the relevant theories, define my research conents and research methods. And I analyse the relations with improving Non-agricultural employment ability of rural laborer and rural labor migration by applying relevant theories that include "Lewis-Rains-Fei" model and "Harris-Todaro" model, the relations with improving Non-agricultural employment ability of rural laborer and developing rural economy. Then I conclude actualities and problems about Non-agricultural employment ability of rural laborer, and analyse the system reasons for these problems. At last I table some proposals about countermeasures for improving Non-agricultural employment ability of rural laborer as follows:1.eliminate system handicap.2.set up uniform and opening labour market.3.perfect development system about informal sector employment.4.set up and perfect rural labour union .5.inlarge the investment in rural education, reform take-an-exam education system, advance market of rural labor train.6.continue increasing investment in rural economy and develop rural economy.
