Currently, domestic economic growth is sluggish, and in 2022,the country’s GDP will only expand by 3%.At the same time, the global situation is becoming more complicated, and the process of economic globalization is dealing with difficulties never before experienced.China has to overcome obstacles and embrace opportunities if it wants to achieve sustainable development. In order to stimulate domestic development potential, increase the vitality of the economic market, encourage further factor circulation, enhance market vitality, improve economic operational efficiency, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the domestic economy,it is necessary for it to actively participate in global economic governance and to advance the process of international trade and investment liberalization and facilitation.China has advocated a development strategy of "dual circulation" and "building a unified national market" in an effort to address the myriad issues brought on by the slow circulation of domestic components in order to address the actual and serious difficulties of the domestic economic slowdown. The ability to influence the development of regional resilience from the perspective of network structure,as well as the potential to maintain the original state, quickly recover, and even improve development in the event of obstacles and shocks, are some of the areas of regional resilience that are currently the focus of research. This will be crucial for the sustainable development of the region.Based on the foregoing understanding, this article analyzes and rates the theoretically relevant aspects of urban network structure resilience, namely hierarchy, matching, transmission, and agglomeration; The GDP,Baidu index, and railway shift data of key node cities in 2022 were then gathered, and economic, informational, and transportation contact networks were created using gravity model, direct information, and transportation contact data, respectively, taking provincial capital cities and municipalities directly under the Central Government as the research objects.Hierarchy, matching The measurement methods of transmission and agglomeration quantitatively evaluate the specific characteristics of urban network structure resilience; Finally, the structural resilience characteristics of the three element networks at the macro national scale and the eastern, central, and western regional scale are analyzed, and the spatial evolution of resilience in key node cities across the country is analyzed using geographic information system technology on a scale by scale basis. The specific results are as follows:(1)The first, second, and third level factor flows in the economic connection network are mainly distributed in the eastern and central regions of China, while the western and northeastern regions lack economic network connections; In the information connection network, the spatial distribution of the primary element flow is more balanced than that of the economic and transportation networks. The secondary network density presents a spatial pattern of low in the north, high in the south, and low in the west, and high in the east.Except for Lhasa, all of them are in the nodes of the tertiary element flow; The transportation network is mainly distributed in the eastern and central regions of China, and some important node cities in the western region are outside the network nodes;(2)In the economic connection network of important national node cities, the absolute value of the weighted degree distribution coefficient for evaluation hierarchy is1.257,the degree correlation coefficient for evaluation matching is-0.181,the average path length for evaluation transmission characteristics is 1.2,and the average clustering coefficient for evaluation agglomeration characteristics is 0.902,while the local clustering coefficients for core cities Shanghai,Beijing, and Hangzhou are 0.053,0.051,and 0.038,respectively.This indicates that the economic connection network has the characteristics of high-level,node connection mismatch, short average path length, high clustering, and lack of connection between cities adjacent to core nodes.(3)In the information communication network of national key node cities, the absolute value of the weighted degree distribution coefficient for evaluation hierarchy is0.385,the degree correlation coefficient for evaluation matching is-0.274,the average path length for evaluation transmission characteristics is 1.232,and the average clustering coefficient for evaluation clustering characteristics is 0.899,while the local clustering coefficients for core cities Beijing,Shanghai, and Chengdu are 0.299,0.279,and 0.228,respectively.This indicates that the information connection network has the characteristics of low hierarchy, node connection mismatch, short average path length, high clustering, and relatively few cities adjacent to the core node.(4)In the transportation network of important node cities nationwide, the absolute value of the weighted degree distribution coefficient for evaluation hierarchy is 1.318,the degree correlation coefficient for evaluation matching is 0.6304,the average path length for evaluation transmission characteristics is 1.480,and the average clustering coefficient for evaluation clustering characteristics is 0.812,while the local clustering coefficients for important node cities Shanghai,Nanjing, and Hangzhou are 0.071,0.062,and 0.077,respectively.This indicates that the transportation connection network has the characteristics of high-level,node connection compatibility, long average path length, high clustering, and fewer connections between cities adjacent to core nodes;(5)Based on the quantitative analysis and evaluation of the network structure toughness of the provincial capitals and municipalities in the three regions of the east, central, and western regions, this paper believes that among the economic, information, and transportation networks, the network structure toughness of the elements formed by the interconnections of the central provincial capitals is the best. Finally, based on the above analysis, this paper proposes relevant optimization measures for the development of network structure resilience from the macro national scale and urban agglomeration scale.
