Research On Factors Influencing The Reconstruction Of County Business System And Countermeasures In The New Era

In order to cope with the complex domestic and international environment,meet the people’s aspiration for a better life,and promote economic and social transformation and upgrading,the State Council proposed to deepen the supply-side structural reform,build a new development pattern with a large domestic cycle as the main body and a domestic and international double cycle,and expand domestic demand as the base point to cope with changes in the domestic and international environment and economic development transformation.In order to expand the township and rural consumer market more efficiently and build a new development pattern,it is necessary to give full play to the construction of county commercial system as an important grasp.The country has successively issued documents such as "Opinions of the Ministry of Commerce and other17 departments on strengthening the construction of county commercial systems to promote rural consumption","Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Finance,General Office of the Ministry of Commerce,General Office of the National Rural Revitalization Bureau on supporting the implementation of county commercial construction actions" to help the construction of county commercial systems and promote the construction of a new development pattern.In this new development stage,it is of great significance to explore the influencing factors of the reconstruction of county commercial system for building a new development pattern nowadays.In this thesis,after sorting out the concepts as well as theories related to the construction of county business system,with the help of rooting theory,we adopt the method of semi-structured interviews with relevant experts and practitioners,and analyze the text content by using Nvivo software to construct a model of influencing factors for the reconstruction of county business system in the new period.And based on the above factors,obtain the commercial development data of Jingshan City from 2014 to 2020.Using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method,the data calibration was imported into fs QCA software to further explore the above influencing factors;from the group perspective,the influence of the combined relationship among the factors on the reconfiguration of the county business system in the new period was analyzed in depth,and suggestions for reconfiguration countermeasures were given.The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)Based on the rooted theory research,the influencing factors of the reconstructed county business system in the new era are summarized,including four dimensions of business infrastructure,business development environment,business model and business potential.(2)Based on the QCA qualitative comparative analysis,two groups were derived to explain the reconfiguration of high-level county business system,and the study concluded that the reconfiguration of county business system does not depend on a single influencing factor,but there are group features among the factors.(3)The results of the study conclude that business potential is a necessary condition for the reconfiguration of high-level county business system and business model is a core condition for the reconfiguration of high-level county business system,and based on this,the study proposes countermeasures for the reconfiguration of county business system in the new era based on the actual situation in Jingshan City.This study uses research from theory to rooted interviews,designs and constructs a theoretical model of the factors influencing the reconstruction of the county business system in the new period,derives a development path for the high-quality construction of the county business system in the city of Jingshan under the perspective of histories,provides a little insight into the development of the reconstruction of the county business system,helps build a new development pattern,and provides an outlook for subsequent research.
