With the popularization and commercial application of Internet technology,the digital economy has developed rapidly,and platform enterprises have emerged as a strong support for the growth of the digital economy.As a new form of business organization,new management issues and theoretical challenges have emerged.Platform enterprises have obvious advantages in terms of user base,corporate influence,market share and industry concentration,forming a near-monopoly market structure.The platform enterprises have been constantly challenging the legal bottom line of market monopoly such as "two-for-one",concentration of operators,abuse of dominant market position,unfair competition and other market monopolistic behaviors,which have damaged the market order of fair competition.As the Internet industry is characterized by bilateral market,network effect and economy of scale,the anti-monopoly regulation of platform economy is facing a series of new challenges,and the anti-monopoly of platform enterprises has become a hot topic again.Therefore,this thesis hopes to analyze and summarize the influencing factors and theoretical models of monopolistic behavior of platform enterprises,and then provide theoretical and practical bases for enterprise self-regulation,government regulation and regulation optimization.Firstly,this thesis systematically composes and reviews relevant domestic and foreign literature,comprehensively elaborates the concept and theoretical characteristics of platform enterprises and their market monopolies,and provides a basis for an in-depth understanding of the monopoly phenomenon of platform enterprises.Secondly,the theoretical model of "factors influencing the market monopoly of platform enterprises" is constructed by using the procedural rooting theory method,and the cyclical coding of the survey data of four platform enterprises,namely Alibaba,Meituan,Google and Facebook,published on the official websites of regulators in China,the United States and the European Union,to summarize the factors influencing the market monopoly of platform enterprises Internal and external factors,including six categories of factors such as Internet industry characteristics,platform enterprises’ value orientation,platform enterprises’ characteristics,legal regulations and remedies,social influence and monopolistic behavior,reveal the mechanism of market monopoly formation with multiple factors acting together.Finally,based on the research results,revealing regulatory suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for domestic regulators.The theoretical contributions of this thesis are: first,it explores the category categories of factors influencing market monopoly of platform enterprises,providing a new research perspective and enriching the theoretical research in this field;second,it deconstructs in detail the factors influencing market monopoly of platform enterprises and their mechanism of action,filling the research gap of the lack of a unified theoretical framework in the existing literature;third,based on the theoretical model,it enriches the theoretical system of anti-monopoly regulation of platform enterprises.Third,based on the theoretical model,it enriches the theoretical system of antitrust regulation of platform enterprises.In addition,this thesis provides practical guidance: firstly,it helps regulators to comprehensively sort out the factors influencing the market monopoly of platform enterprises,improve the efficiency of antitrust review,and establish a scientific and reasonable paradigm for thinking about antitrust regulation;secondly,it helps platform enterprises to standardize the management of enterprise market competition and reduce the risk of touching the legal bottom line;thirdly,it helps the public to reasonably assess the nature of monopolistic behavior of platform enterprises and safeguard their Third,to help the public reasonably assess the nature of monopolistic behavior of platform enterprises and safeguard their legal rights and interests.
