| Under the background of the Internet information age,the scale of China’s Internet users has exceeded one billion and is steadily increasing year by year.The goal of pipe network management is to clear the network environment and build a better network home together.Emergencies have occurred frequently in recent years,and the heat generated by the relevant information making it a fuel for the outbreak of online public opinion.The anonymity of the Internet is easy to cause the irrational cluster behavior of Internet users.There is a complex causal relationship among the influencing elements of network cluster behavior.Focusing on the conditional configuration effect in the complex network information system is helpful to expand the research on the generation mechanism of emergency network cluster behavior and promote the clear development of network environment.This thesis takes 42 network public opinion cases of emergencies as research samples based on the complex causal relationship between the combination of conditions and the results of the configuration thought,using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA)to build the model of network cluster behavior generation,as a means of exploring the factors influencing emergency network cluster behaviour and and its generation mechanism.First of all,this thesis divides the emergency network public opinion into four stages based on life cycle theory: gestation,transmission,diffusion and decline,analyzing the evolution law of network public opinion and the stage characteristics of the subject,and constructing a system of the network cluster behavior influencing factor by combining the perspective of information ecology and the "five-body theory".Secondly,based on the in-depth analysis of the theoretical perspective method,the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory method(DEMATEL)is used to specifically excavate the key elements and assign values to them by means of objective assignment,so as to determine the configuration conditions.Finally,fsQCA is used to calibrate fuzzy set membership,construct truth tables,analyze the necessity of variables and configuration,conduct path robustness tests,and analyze the driving paths and inhibiting paths of network cluster behavior combined with actual cases and public opinion evolution laws to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for network public opinion guidance and management.The results show that:(1)The seven influencing factors of netizens’ attention,communication power of opinion leaders,event influence,derivative topic formation,communication channel,important media participation,and governance efficiency are the key influencing factors of network cluster behavior.Among them,opinion leaders have the greatest influence on other factors,derivation topic formation is more easily influenced by other factors;(2)In the univariate necessity analysis,the communication channel has the greatest driving effect on the network cluster behavior.However,individual elements cannot directly drive or suppress the generation of network cluster behavior,further analysis of the configuration effect is needed;(3)According to the core variables,six sets of conditioned configurations that will drive and suppress the behavioral intention of the network clusters.They are refined into three driving paths and suppression paths: flood leader driven,influence communication driven,governance communication driven,leader media suppression,public opinion derivative suppression,and leader governance suppression.This thesis constructs a model for emergency network cluster behaviour generation mechanism,giving an analysis of network cluster behaviour generation mechanism of based on fsQCA,and then providing suggestions for governance countermeasures in terms of stage characteristics,subject behaviour and configuration mechanism governance countermeasures.Based on matching conditions of configuration path,benign network cluster behavior is driven or malignant network cluster behavior is suppressed.This not only provides a new perspective and research ideas for network cluster behavior generation mechanism research,but also provides an important reference for network public opinion governance. |
