Research On The Path Of Open Innovation Promotion Of Enterprises Driven By Digital Technology

Open innovation is a distributed innovation process,which refers to the purposeful and controlled interaction of knowledge,information and resource flows across organizational boundaries.Digital technologies have disrupted the scope and nature of market risks,lowered market entry barriers,and the diversity of innovation agents has driven the evolution of open innovation towards networking,ecology and systematization.At the same time,digital technology is profoundly affecting organizational activities and processes,reshaping the mechanisms of organizational value creation,value delivery and value acquisition.The digital economy and digital innovation have become the key engines leading development.The openness of digital platforms weakens the sense of organizational boundaries making resources easily accessible and available,reducing the cost of entry for startups.However,a weak sense of boundaries can make organizations lose control and dominant logic over innovation and lead to property disputes or moral risks.Based on this,this paper distills digital empowerment,complementary assets,intellectual property management,corporate leadership,and institutional logic differences as antecedent conditions for open innovation through case studies.The fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis method is applied to analyze the influence paths and mechanisms of digital empowerment on the development of open innovation with digital empowerment open innovation as the dominant logic.The results show that multiple complex causal paths are synergistically influencing the open innovation leapfrogging paths of enterprises,and the open innovation leapfrogging paths are characterized by "different paths to the same place".Among them,due to the influence of institutional changes and the evolution of legitimacy requirements,core firms may become a negative force that hinders the development of open innovation in order to maintain their leadership and dominance.This provides new ideas for optimizing the business environment,emancipating the mind and actively guiding entrepreneurship in the era of Industry 4.0.
