Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Integration Of Three Industries In Masa Village,Hongyuan County

Against the backdrop of deepening the structural reform of the agricultural supply side and promoting the revitalization of rural industries,promoting the integrated development of rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries has become an important measure for achieving industrial prosperity and promoting urban-rural integrated development in various regions,and an important lever for achieving agricultural and rural modernization and increasing farmers’ income.Masa Village,Qiongxi Town,Hongyuan County,Aba Prefecture is a typical plateau village.Implementing the integration of three industries can fully leverage the natural advantages of Masa Village,activate its unique resource elements,and achieve the goal of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connecting with rural revitalization.Since promoting the integration of three industries,Masa Village has achieved initial results,but it is inevitable to encounter some problems that hinder the integration development during the development process.This study is a qualitative study on the integration and development of three industries in Masa Village;By using methods such as on-site research and interviews,a detailed description and analysis were conducted on the overview of the integration development of the three industries in Masa Village,the situation of herdsmen,government participation,industrial and value chains,and interest connections.Research has found that in the current process of integrating three industries in Masa Village,there are mainly problems such as the need to improve the understanding of the integration of three industries,the need to deepen the collaborative development between entities,the insufficient organic integration of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries,the imperfect operational mechanism of the integration organization,and the need to improve the guarantee of the elements of the integration.To address these issues,this study conducted in-depth analysis and identified the main factors that contribute to the integration of the three industries in Masa Village,including ideological understanding,integration subjects,integration carriers,operational mechanisms,and integration guarantees.Based on factor analysis and combined with the actual situation of Masa Village,this article proposes to take measures to promote the integration of three industries in Masa Village from five aspects: in terms of ideological understanding,it is necessary to enhance Masa Village’s understanding of the integration of three industries;In terms of integrating entities,it is necessary to stimulate the collaborative development of all participating entities;In terms of integrating carriers,it is necessary to leverage the role of various industrial chains;In terms of organizational operation,it is necessary to achieve the integration of various industrial value chains;In terms of factor guarantee,it is necessary to promote multi-party coupling of the integration of three industries.
