Development Status And Countermeasures Of Mutual Aid Pension In Jinlongba Village,Baiguo Township,Enshi City

Because our population is gradually entering the aging stage,it highlights the rural pension problem urgently needs to be solved.At present,our country is at the primary stage of the establishment of the institutional framework of of aging population.We should strive to explore the universal pension model,and then sum up a relatively mature system of endowment construction to alleviate the coverage and fund gap of endowment institutions.The emergence of mutual-aid pension mode,through the experimental investigation,conforms to the psychological expectation of the current rural old people,and puts forward a new solution on the problem of rural pension.This paper takes Jinlongba Village,Baiguo Township,Enshi City,which is mainly populated by ethnic minorities,as the object of investigation to investigate the implementation status of the mutual assistance pension model in the village,explore the acceptability of the model in ethnic minority villages,analyze the problems in the implementation process,so as to find out the key reasons and put forward feasible suggestions.In order to apply to Baiguo Township and other areas of rural pension scheme.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,choose-optimization-compensation" theory,continuation theory,social exchange theory and three-dimensional theory of interpersonal relationship,this paper carries out a field survey on the implementation status of mutual support for the elderly in Jinlongba Village,Baiguo Township,Enshi City.The research methods adopted include literature reading,questionnaire survey,interview survey and theoretical deduction.According to the actual situation,using the theory to analyze the primary data,summed up the objective problems existing in the development of the village mutual support mode for the elderly.After in-depth analysis,the possible causes and the possible impact of the problem were explored,and the suggestions for further optimization of the mutual pension in Jinlongba Village,Baiguo Township,Enshi City were proposed.Through the research,this paper finds that there are the following problems in the development process of mutual support for the elderly in Jinlongba Village,Baiguo Township,Enshi City: first,the funds invested by the government have not been reasonably allocated,resulting in a shortage of funds;Second,the sustainability of mutual endowment is not high;Third,the relationship between the elderly has a certain impact on the mutual support.In view of these problems,at the end of the article,the paper puts forward further optimization suggestions for the mutual pension in Jinlongba Village,Baiguo Township,Enshi City.In terms of funds,public-private joint venture,optimize the allocation of funds;Policy: voluntary team formation,the establishment of a new model;Implementation: actively cooperates to create a friendly atmosphere.
