Industrialization has led to economic innovation represented by large-scale socialized large-scale production,which has transformed traditional families into modern families,and changes have taken place in family size,living space and intergenerational relations.Especially in the western rural areas where economic development lags behind and population outflow is serious,the function of traditional family old-age services has been impacted,while the development of socialized old-age services is slow,and the rural elderly have an urgent demand for the quantity and quality of old-age service supply.However,in practice,what kind of dilemma the supply of rural family old-age services,how to support family old-age care,and how to provide socialized old-age services still need to be further answered in combination with case practice.The paper takes "family pension service" as the core concept and the theory of family modernization as the theoretical basis.Using the field research method mainly based on questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,the real pension life of the elderly in L village of G city in the western rural area with underdeveloped economy and large outflow of people was investigated and recorded,as well as the actual situation of local elderly care services.The investigation found that there was a supply dilemma in the elderly care services of families in L village,which was reflected in four aspects: insufficient economic support,lack of daily life care,neglect of spiritual comfort services,and shortage of medical rehabilitation nursing.The study believes that the main reasons for the difficulties in rural family pension services in the west are: backward social and economic development in rural areas in the west,weakening of the function of family pension services,insufficient formulation of family pension support policies,and insufficient supply of socialized elderly care services.Propose targeted countermeasures,believe that it is necessary to promote rural revitalization and reshape the function of family elderly care services;Strengthen the formulation and implementation of family support policies for the elderly;Strengthen and guarantee the supply of socialized oldage services. |
