Research On Patent Strategy Of Genetic Testing Based On Core Patents

With the improvement of independent innovation ability and the enhancement of intellectual property awareness,we have accumulated a huge number of patents,and the competition among enterprises has gradually changed to patent war,so the development of scientific and reasonable patent strategy has become the key to gain competitive advantage,and since the core patent is the representative of strong innovation and high economic value within the enterprise,which contains profound strategic significance,for the long-term development of enterprises,it is urgent to carry out patent strategy research from the perspective of core patents..This paper follows the three stages of developing strategies,firstly reviews the theory of patent competitive advantage,points out that core patents,as special strategic resources owned by enterprises,can form competitive advantages.Then an evaluation index system is established from the four dimensions of scientific strength,economic value,technical quality and legal status,and a core patent recognition model is constructed by combining the optimal combination weighting method to discover key patents that bring strategic advantages;Then,summarize enterprise evaluation parameters from the evaluation dimension of core patents,according to the TRIZ conflict matrix idea,the TRIZ conflict matrix model of patent strategy is established,which is used to position the enterprise and presuppose the corresponding patent strategy solution around the core patent.Finally,an empirical study was carried out.Through patent analysis method,the strategic environment and development situation of gene testing technology were clarified,core patents in the technical field were identified,patent strategies were formulated for X enterprise,and the case analysis will be formed to verify the practical feasibility of patent strategy based on core patents in this paper.
