Under the background of the national strategy of innovation-driven development,the industry-university-research cooperation innovation network composed of enterprises,universities and research institutes came into being.However,the overall innovation level of China’s new energy automobile industry is not high,the industry ecology is not sound.In order to make the industry-university-research cooperation innovation network run efficiently,it is necessary to dig into the network attributes that affect the industry-university-research cooperation.Based on the social network theory,this paper takes the patent data from 2004 to 2018 in the field of new energy automobiles in Shanghai as a sample,and with the help of social network analysis methods and tools,constructs a cooperative innovation network among enterprises,universities and research institutes and analyzes the current situation.The network evolution was visualized with Ucinet software,and negative binomial regression was applied to test the relationship between network power,knowledge base(knowledge width,knowledge depth)and innovation performance.The results show that there is an inverted u-shaped relationship between the network power and the innovation performance of the innovation subject in the cooperative innovation network.The knowledge breadth and depth of the innovation subject promote the innovation performance.In addition,the width and depth of the knowledge of the innovation subject have obvious regulating effects on the innovation performance of the network power.Knowledge depth plays a negative regulating role.This paper provides theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises,universities and research institutes to effectively participate in industry-university-research cooperation.At the theoretical level,it is helpful to fully understand the dual influence of relational network and knowledge network.In the aspect of management practice,the innovation subject should pursue the right network power according to its own knowledge base and create the right cooperative network relationship.
