Research On ICT Industry Collaborative Innovation Network And Enterprise Innovation Performance

In the context of economic globalization,it is difficult for an enterprise to carry out independent innovation activities in order to deal with the increasingly fierce competition.For purpose of maintaining competitive advantages,enterprises choose cooperative innovation as the main innovation mode under the requirement of continuously improving innovation ability.In recent years,ICT industry,as the most active field of innovation,has become an important force driving economic development and occupies a very important position in the national development strategy.Therefore,the research selects China’s ICT industry as the research background,and from the perspective of social network,constructs ICT industry cooperative innovation network through the cooperative innovation relationship of ICT industry enterprises,and makes an in-depth study of its network structure characteristics,evolution characteristics and the influence mechanism on enterprise innovation performance.The research takes ICT industry enterprises as the research object,uses Python to retrieve and download the data of joint patent application of enterprises from the Patent database of China National Intellectual Property Administration as the research sample,with a total of 28212 pieces of data,and constructs the ICT industry cooperative innovation network.Firstly,the research analyzes the structural characteristics of ICT industry cooperative innovation network,and selects five overall network structure indicators:network size,network density,degree centralization,shortest path lengths and clustering coefficient.In this part,Pajek software is used to generate network graph and calculate network structure indicators,and the development and evolution characteristics of ICT industry cooperative innovation network are analyzed.The results show that the number of effective cooperation patents in the ICT industry is gradually increasing,with pairwise cooperation as the main position;the overall scale grows rapidly,and the internal network gradually disperses;the evolution of network structure shows the characteristics of internal cooperation,regional,state-owned and private forces leading.Secondly,the research explores the impact of ICT industry cooperative innovation network on enterprise innovation performance.Based on individual network indicators and innovation performance data of enterprises,a total of 2350 research data were used to establish a negative binomial regression model,and SPSS 25.0 software was used for empirical analysis.The results show that the clustering coefficient,and centrality of ICT industry enterprises have a significant positive effect on enterprise innovation performance,but the structural hole has a significant negative effect on enterprise innovation performance.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions at the government and enterprise levels are put forward based on the above conclusions.
