| China is committed to accelerating the pace of building innovative countries and forming a new pattern of comprehensive innovation and development.Innovative enterprises are difficult to achieve high-quality innovation by relying on their own resources and strength,and need to establish a cooperative relationship with other subjects to get external resources.In the cooperative network structure,the network location and network relationship where the enterprise is located will affect the acquisition and transformation of resources and technology,and the knowledge reserves and knowledge absorption capabilities of the enterprise will also affect innovative performance.Therefore,this article discusses the impact of the cooperation network structure on innovative performance on innovative enterprises,and aims to improve the innovative performance of innovative enterprises.On the basis of sorting out relevant literature,this article comprehensively uses the theory of social network theory,basic theory of resource,theory of absorption ability,and basic knowledge of knowledge,and use innovative enterprises as the research object to build a cooperative network structure,knowledge absorption ability,knowledge foundation and innovative enterprise The theoretical model between the four variables of innovation performance is used to verify the theoretical model with the use of social network analysis,correlation analysis method,and negative regression analysis method,and study the effect of cooperation network structure on innovative performance of innovative enterprises.Provide certain guidance for the cooperation and innovation activities of innovative enterprises in my country.The main conclusions obtained in this article are: cooperative network structure,that is,network center,structure hole,and relationship intensity have a promotion of innovative performance of innovative enterprises;knowledge absorption capabilities can promote innovative performance in innovative enterprises,and in the network structure on the network structure,Structural holes,relationship intensity,and innovative enterprise innovation performance have played a partial intermediary role;the relationship between the basic breadth of knowledge on the relationship between knowledge absorption ability and innovative enterprise innovation performance has a positive adjustment effect.Finally,according to the empirical results,we put forward corresponding strategic suggestions to innovative enterprises in order to improve the innovative performance of innovative enterprises. |
