Over the years,there has been a growing concern over the ecological impact of agricultural practices.The excessive use of pesticides and fertilizers continues to be a major issue in agricultural production,leading to concerns about the quality and safety of agricultural products.The adoption of green agricultural production technology is increasingly critical.At present,farmers,family farms and other business entities are mostly independent producers.They have a low understanding of green agricultural production technology,and have few information access channels.They often neglect the use of green agricultural production technology.However,agricultural industrialization consortiums can closely connect farmers,family farms,cooperatives and leading enterprises,and they have functions such as information sharing,agricultural supply provision,and technical guidance,which independent producers lack,Providing institutional and institutional support for technology promotion plays an increasingly important role in the adoption and promotion of green production technologies.Therefore,it is highly significant to investigate the influence of this novel organizational structure on farmers’ adoption of eco-friendly agricultural production techniques.Based on farmer behavior theory,behavioral economics theory,and cognitive behavior theory,this paper takes Rongxian fruit and vegetable growers in Sichuan Province as research samples,and studies the influencing factors of Rongxian fruit and vegetable growers’ green agriculture production technology adoption behavior through field interviews and questionnaires.First of all,through a comprehensive investigation of the development of fruit and vegetable industry and the adoption of green agriculture production technology in Rongxian County,we understand the current situation of local green production behavior;Next,conduct research and interviews on the Sichuan Green Rongzhou Fruit and Vegetable Industrialization Consortium to understand its operational mechanism;Finally,through field research on 307 local fruit and vegetable growers,287 valid questionnaires were obtained to fully understand the status of green agriculture production technology adoption of fruit and vegetable farmers.The binary logistic model was used to study the influencing factors of five green agriculture production technologies,and the Poisson counting model was used to analyze the impact of the agricultural industrialization consortium on the number of types of green agriculture production technology,At the same time,the data was screened for regression and ovtest endogeneity testing,and heterogeneity analysis was conducted for different situations.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Sichuan Green Rongzhou Fruit and Vegetable Industrialization Consortium has played a positive role in the adoption of green agricultural production technology by local farmers.(2)The green agricultural production technologies adopted by farmers mainly include organic fertilizer technology,water-saving irrigation technology,and green pest prevention and control technology.(3)Whether or not to join the agricultural industrialization consortium,education level,agricultural land aggregation and technology source breadth have a significant positive impact on the number of green agricultural production technologies,with regression coefficients of 0.347,0.088,0.236 and 0.103 respectively.At the same time,whether or not to join the agricultural industrialization consortium has a significant positive impact on the four technologies,namely,water irrigation technology,green pest prevention and control technology,fertilizer integration technology,and bee pollination technology festival,The regression coefficients were 0.944,0.758,1.558 and 2.781 respectively.Among other control variables,age negatively affects organic fertilizer technology,positively affects water-saving irrigation technology,gender can have a negative impact on the adoption of green technologies for disease and pest prevention and control,water and fertilizer integration technology,bee pollination and labor saving technology,Years of farming can have a negative impact on organic fertilizer and water irrigation technologies,part-time employment positively affects organic fertilizer technology,negatively affects water-saving irrigation technology and green prevention and control technology of diseases and insect pests,The scale of household operation has a negative impact on water-saving irrigation technology and water-fertilizer integration technology,the wide range of technology sources has a notable beneficial effect on the development of eco-friendly technologies for disease and pest control,and the technology of bee pollination and labor saving.Thus,drawing from the aforementioned findings,this study proposes the following recommendations to encourage farmers to adopt green agricultural production technologies:accelerate the cultivation of agricultural green subjects,actively play the role of agricultural industrialization consortium as a demonstration,standardize and improve the internal risk mechanism and supervision mechanism of the consortium,do a good job in building the foundation of agricultural and rural green technology talents,and improve the green production subsidy mechanism. |
