The development of green agriculture has become an inevitable choice for overall coordination of economic growth and ecological environment,and this must rely on green agricultural production technologies.Therefore,focusing on the promotion of green agricultural production technology and researching how to promote farmers to adopt green agricultural production technologies are of great significance in advancing agricultural modernization and realizing green agriculture.Social network is one of the main channels for promoting farmers to adopt new technologies.Therefore,it is more practical to explore the application of green agricultural production technology from the perspective of social network.In view of this,this paper systematically reviews the research literature on social network and farmers' adoption of green agricultural production technologies.Based on field survey data from five regions in Hubei Province,we have fully grasped farmers' adoption of green agricultural production technologies and the differences in technology adoption from the perspective of social network.Then this paper use the Multivariate Probit model to explore the impact of social networks on farmers' adoption of green agricultural production techniques,and further explore the impact of social network on different groups.The main conclusions are as follows:First,there are strong mutual complementarities between different green agricultural production technologies.Specifically,there is a complementary effect between the adoption of conservation tillage technology and the adoption of fertilizer-saving technology,pesticide-saving technology,water-saving technology,and straw returning technology.There is a complementary effect between the adoption of fertilizer-saving technology and the adoption of water-saving technology and straw returning technology.There is a complementary effect between the adoption of pesticide-saving technology and the adoption of water-saving technology and straw returning technology.There is a complementary effect between the adoption of water-saving technology and the adoption of straw returning technology.Second,through analyzing the impact of social network on the adoption of green agricultural production technologies,it is found that the higher the level of social network,the greater the probability of farmers adopting conservation tillagetechnology,fertilizer-saving technology,and water-saving technology.The higher the level of kinship network,the higher the probability of farmers adopting conservation tillage technology and water-saving technology,and the lower the probability of farmers adopting stalk returning technology.The higher the level of the general network,the greater the possibility of farmers adopting fertilizer-saving technology,water-saving technology,and straw returning technology.Third,further discussion of cluster estimation,social network has a more effective impact on the adoption of green agricultural technologies in lower-educated farmers' group.There is no major change in the kinship network,and the general network has different effects on the adoption of fertilizer-saving technology and water-saving technology in different degrees farmers groups.Compared with the smaller-scale group,social network has a significant impact on the adoption of fertilizer-saving technology in larger-scale group,and there is no significant difference in the kinship network,and the general network is more effective for smaller-scale groups.Social network has a more effective impact on the adoption of green agricultural technologies in lower-agricultural income group,the kinship network and the general network have a significant role in promoting the adoption of labor-saving technology(straw returning technology)in higher-agricultural income groupFourth,further estimation of the interaction effect,with the improvement of the householders' education,social network only will affect farmers' adoption of straw returning technology,and social network dimensions will have no significant effect on green agricultural technologies adoption.With the expansion of scale,social network will have a significant impact on farmers' adoption of fertilizer-saving technology and straw returning technology,kinship network will significantly increase the impact on the adoption of fertilizer-saving technology,pesticide-saving technology and straw returning technology,general network will significantly reduce the impact of the adoption of fertilizer-saving technology,and will significantly increase the impact of the adoption of straw returning technology.With the increase of agricultural income,social network will significantly increase the impact of pesticide-saving technology,kinship network and general network will significantly increase the impact of adopting straw returning technology,general network will significantly reduce theimpact of adopting conservation tillage technology.
