| Agricultural industrialization consortium is a new agricultural production and management mode produced under the background of agricultural industrialization development.It plays a unique role in promoting the integration of rural three industries,increasing the added value of agricultural products,improving and extending the agricultural industrial chain.It is a cooperative organization pattern of advanced agricultural production and management created in order to further promote the improvement of agricultural productivity and meet the people’s demand for highquality agricultural products in the process of long-term agricultural industrialization practice and under the excellent paradigm of household contract management.The new production and management mode of agricultural industrialization consortium is an important way to reduce the cost of agricultural production,improve the quality of agricultural products,realize agricultural scale management and promote the integration of rural three industries.The production and management concept of agricultural industrialization consortium is relatively new,lack of practical experience of sorting and refining.In this thesis,by combing the development status of agricultural industrialization and industrialization of Qinhuangdao City,using AHP analytic hierarchy process,the development potential of different agricultural production and management subjects were analyzed,and the overall evaluation of the development of agricultural industrialization of Qinhuangdao City.Then,based on the advanced experience in and outside the province,the thesis finally aims at the existing deficiencies and overall evaluation in the development of the consortium,including improving the interest linkage mechanism of the consortium,strengthening the element linkage mechanism,deepening the policy guarantee mechanism,building and perfecting the fund guarantee system,improving the operation capacity of the consortium,and improving the cognition of the consortium.Put forward the feasibility suggestion to improve the pattern of agricultural industrialization consortium and promote the process of agricultural industrialization. |
