| Rural revitalization,industry first.Industrial revitalization is the basis of rural revitalization and an inherent requirement for developing a strong agricultural country.In2023,the No.1 Central Document clearly proposed to promote the high-quality development of rural industries.Currently in the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,promoting the development of rural industry is the key task of this stage,which can effectively enhance the development of county economy,so that farmers on the road to increase income and get rich.Therefore,this paper takes the rural industry revitalization of Jintang County as the research topic,makes a comprehensive analysis of its development status and current development problems,so as to further clarify the direction of industrial revitalization of Jintang County,and provide a reference for the county and other similar hilly areas to provide development countermeasures of rural industry revitalization.This paper first explores the natural resources,population,and economic resources of the current development industries in Jintang County,and introduces the development of major rural industries,including the steady development of traditional industries,the branding of characteristic industries,and the initial results of emerging industries.Through on-site visits to 10 different villages and communities in Jintang County,a questionnaire survey was conducted on farmers and 186 questionnaires were collected;Interviews were conducted with household farmers,agricultural enterprise leaders,village and community leaders and other participants in industrial revitalization in the county,including industrial performance,industrial policies,industrial factors(human capital,land use,financial support,infrastructure construction,and agricultural socialized services),industrial entities(development of agricultural enterprises,farmers,and new agricultural business entities)Conduct a comprehensive study on the current situation of rural industrial revitalization in Jintang County from the six aspects of industrial competitiveness(agricultural resource endowment,brand situation)and future industrial development direction.Secondly,from the10 villages and communities surveyed,two cases of Hubao Village in Tuqiao Town and Yueshan Community in Sanxi Town were selected to introduce their basic situation,analyze their highlight practices,and compare and analyze the differences in the development of industries between the two cases,in order to further understand the problems and countermeasures in the industrial development of Jintang County.Secondly,through questionnaires,interviews,and case studies,it can be concluded that there are four aspects of Jintang County’s industrial revitalization: industrial structure,industrial factors,industrial entities,and industrial competitiveness.The degree of rural industrial integration and development is not deep,and the extension of the agricultural industry chain is insufficient;The quality of rural industrial labor is not high;The efficiency of rural land resource utilization is not high;Imbalance of financial supply and demand structure;Insufficient socialized agricultural services;Single development of collective economy;There are few and small-scale rural enterprises,and there is insufficient brand value management.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions for industrial revitalization were explored:firstly,to promote the continuous upgrading of rural industrial structure,including strengthening industrial integration and extending industrial chains;The second is to solve the difficulties in the development of rural industries,including optimizing the human resource structure of rural industries,optimizing the structure of land resource utilization,optimizing the financial supply and demand structure,and optimizing the supply system of socialized services;The third is to increase the participation of rural industrial entities,including improving the interest linkage mechanism and enhancing the core leadership of specialized cooperative societies;The fourth is to strengthen the competitiveness of rural industries,including encouraging emerging enterprises to join,developing leading enterprises,and leveraging brand value. |
