Research On Financial Risk Management Of W Real Estate Company

With the continuous changes of the macro and micro environment,the operation of enterprises is inevitably faced with financial risks,which affect the sustainable development of enterprises.Whether from the perspective of theory and practice,the research of enterprise financial risk management is of great significance.Based on the discussion of the application of radar chart analysis in enterprise financial risk management,this paper takes W Real Estate Company as an example to conduct research on enterprise financial risk management.In this way,it can not only provide targeted financial risk management methods for enterprises,but also effectively prevent and respond to various possible financial risks;At the same time,it can also provide investors,banks and other external enterprise stakeholders with more objective and accurate financial risk assessment methods for real estate enterprises,and provide scientific and feasible solutions for their investment decisions,thus further promoting the sustainable development of real estate enterprises.This paper evaluates the financial data of W Real Estate Company from 2017 to2021 through the application of radar chart analysis,and discusses the identification and evaluation of financial risks of W Real Estate Company.The conclusion is that from the five aspects of profitability,growth,productivity,safety and liquidity,the financial risk of enterprises can also be analyzed more comprehensively and deeply,and the corresponding measures for the prevention and control of financial risk of enterprises can be put forward,which provides a useful reference for the management of financial risk of enterprises.
