| Thailand C Rubber Group Co., Ltd.(C company) is the largest natural latex manufacturer in Thailand, whose main products include natural latex, latex gloves, powder latex thread, polymeric latex thread, and various types of rubber products. With the development of global industrialization, the annual demand of rubber increases year by year. C company also encounter some problems in the process of development. For example, despite of the annual increase of main business income, a decline of net profit proportion is seen. Besides, natural latex profit covers about90%of the company’s main business income, while the ratio of higher yielding rubber products is relatively low. How to make full use favorable opportunities and policies to vigorously develop the natural latex production business has become a crucial part of C company’s developmental strategy.The current paper takes Thailand C rubber as the study subject, and conducts financial analysis of it on the base of the actual development situation of rubber industry and the data of business, finance as well as the market environment of C company in recent years. This thesis discusses in depth the financial conditions of C company in accordance with the financial statements data of2009to2011, with methods of financial statements analysis, balance sheet analysis, profitability analysis, financial ratio analysis and radar chart analysis, so as to find out the internal business problems of C company, identify the root causes and make suggestions for further improvement. The research in this paper offers important reference for C company to improve the business and financial strategy and increase net income as well as yield rate. Besides, ways of enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of rubber enterprises are also explored to provide a reference model for the analysis of financial statements in rubber industry. |
