| With the development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of the financial system,private equity investment fund industry has gradually grown into an important force in the financial market.However,due to the changes of the financial market,the update of regulatory policies and the multi-influence of the epidemic in recent years,the situation of small and medium-sized private investment fund managers is not very optimistic,and there are problems such as the lack of professional investment advisers and serious brain drain.To fill the talent gap,enterprises need to strengthen the construction of talent team,accumulate and increase human capital,and staff training is undoubtedly an important way to improve the quality of human resources.R company is a registered private equity investment fund managers,always focus on business development,relatively weak in the marketing personnel’s training management,staff participation enthusiasm is not high for training,training effectiveness conversion rate is low,so in order to meet new challenges,R company needs to optimize the marketing personnel’s training management system,to enhance organizational performance,Turn passivity into initiative in market competition.Taking R Company as the case,this paper analyzes the training management of R company’s marketing personnel by questionnaires,interviews,literature review and other research methods on the basis of the research status of employee training at home and abroad,combined with adult learning theory,incentive theory,training demand analysis theory and training effect evaluation theory.The problems of marketing personnel training management are summarized and summarized by using ADDIE model,and the deep-seated reasons are analyzed.Then,combined with the actual situation of R Company,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization measures in the aspects of training demand,training design,training development,training implementation and training evaluation,and guarantees the training environment,system and funds to help R company’s marketing personnel training management work to implement and carry out. |
