The transformation of training results refers to "Study for the Purpose of Application and knowledge can be transformed",namely,effectively apply the knowledge,skills and behavior patterns learned in training into practical work to improve work efficiency and transform them into organizational effectiveness,so as to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.Basing on the important role played by enterprise training in the human resources and even the development of enterprise,this paper,centering on some core problems,for instance,effective transformation of training results is the key step to realize the ultimate goal of training,there are serious problems in the preservation and maintenance of enterprise training achievements,and the effective transformation of training results has become the bottleneck that pharmaceutical enterprise realizes the transformation from human capital input to enterprise economic profit,presents the main view that transformation of enterprise training results can promote mechanism research.Through elaborating the importance and necessity of the issue of this paper,this paper summarizes the relevant theories about the transformation of training results both at home and abroad,including training transfer theory,training transformation model and research achievement related to influencing factors of transformation of training results.As for theoretical basis that can be used in Subject research,this paper makes a brief introduction on target management theory,self-leadership theory,organizational change theory and other relevant theories.Based on the above analysis and combined with the actual situation of operation management in F Company,this paper presents the Principles and Conditions that training achievement transformation promotes mechanism construction.On this basis,this paper conducts a systematic analysis on the problems existing in training achievement transformation and then combines with development environment and strategic planning of F Company.Finally,this paper puts forward five major promotion mechanisms about training achievement transformation.That is to say,this article states and gives working advice from growth-oriented mechanism,benefit-sharing mechanism,departmental linkage mechanism,environmental support mechanism and risk control mechanism.At the same time,about how mechanism can play function on training achievement transformation and how combine to promote the smooth operation of F company’s training results,this article pays more attention to introduce and elaborate the action object and response after be effected from thefive types of mechanisms mentioned above.This has guiding significances for solving the problem of the transformation of training results in F Company and offers the reference for other companies to solve similar problems.
